Each player needs specific instructions in terms of intensity, duration and frequency of exercise to reach maximum performance. How we work? At first we analyze your strengths and weaknesses (it’s very rare for someone to be good in all five areas). Then, we instruct a training program that will make you excel in the areas you are already good and will strengthen any weak spots you might have.
